Exactly, and its totally awesome due to the rpg-style equipable heroes.

Fog vials were broken on 2 maps, and were trash on all others.
It got nerfed while it was garbage already (A lobby with 4 fog vials is dream compared to the usual 4 brand new part ones..), but complaining about it being too strong or nerfed is pointless. Its only real "good" use was to bounce back from a multiple hook camping/slugging situation which.. should never be solved with items.
But yeah, now it seems it does no longer suppress scratch marks, but the item was ♥♥♥♥ to begin with anyway.

resold & cheated on or used by the person who hacked your account for cheating
