How do I put it into my equipment slot? I only see items in my inventory when I open the equipment menu.

People die stupid deaths in war all the time. Usually, nobody remembers and every effort is made to cover up their stupid situation after the fact. Because it usually isn't even their fault it happened.

games is mid at most, getting trapped in dead ends, the first unlock rewards me with more enemies and yet all i see is everyone talking positive about the game just because its about bendy.
if this game was some other original ip, it would be trash.

For the sake of completeness and because I am too lazy to actually make a proper guide. Here are the rest of the important steps to accessing and completing this level.
1. How to get to Level Secret:
Note: I would highly recommend getting 100% completion on LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, PUMPKIN PATCH, and THE LIBRARY before attempting this. Technically you can gain access more or less right away, but 100% is more or less required to understand some of the puzzles in this level. You do not need to complete THE AFTERWORD or DREAMSCAPE.
Hint 1: The first clue is located at the end of LEVEL 2 in the area past the puzzle count. There was something cryptic about the panels hidden in here.
Hint 2: The panels read out WALK BACK COUNTERCLOCKWISE BEHIND SCIENTIFIC. What area of the game could this be refering to?
Hint 3: LEVEL 1 had a hidden zone called THE LAB, go there and walk backwards in a counterclockwise direction behind the THE SCIENTIFIC title. You might notice that this is the LEVEL 1 access to THE STAIRCASE.
Hint 4: You probably found it easiest to go down the staircase. You notice anything weird if go up the stairs?
Hint 5: There is a secret hallway that is identical in color to the walls that only opens if you are going up the stairs. There is a secret message in here that reads:A SECRET BETWEEN SECRETS / LEVEL SECRET BETWEEN SECRETS. What could this be asking you to do?
Solution: From the entrance of LEVEL 1, take the left at the blue/red intersection. Past the FORWARD panel is a SECRET panel on a pillar. In the alcove there (on the wall 180 degrees away from the panel), you will need to snipe a hidden panel with the phrase LEVEL SECRET. I believe there is a different SECRET panel you can use, but I wasn't able to find how to snipe it from the other one.

See ironeye players don't even know how to attack the npcs and they don't help the team!

Been playing beth games since Daggerfall, and I really don't see that changing. I love the formula, even with all the loading screens. :D (tongue in cheek there.....) I will be buying TESVI when it comes out, and likely FO5 if I am still alive by then.... :D

One thing for sure, the loading screens are fast, very quick and i just don't see THAT many of them, it's more of a talking point. Are they there? of course. I'm with you, in on both TES VI and FO5 unless some unforeseen info comes out. I'll do my homework before buying as usual.:cozybethesda:

I have recently heard a rumor that tes vi will be running on Unreal Engine...... That would make zero sense to me, as beth already owns their engine that works just fine, and not sure UE would do all the same things...... and..... they would have to pay royalties for use of the engine.... Why would they think that was a good idea? Granted, the graphics are phenomenal.... but, that isn't what I play beth games for.
