I have a 13600k and a 3080, I know its a bit dated but well over recommended specs and i'm getting sub 60fps on low with DLSS on performance... I've tried tweaking things but on the lowest I'm still hovering around 40-58fps playing at 1440p.

If you put on Nvidia performance overlay you will see the reason . Your GPU is probably only running on 70% . So what i had to do was make the GPU work harder for example , i put DLSS on Quality instead of performance and my FPS WENT UP like 20 FPS.. if you turn on the built in game performance meter you will see very low MP/s with DLSS on Performance. In other words way in the red everything else was in the green . So i turned DLSS TO Quality and the MP/s went from red 42 , to green 350 .. if ya don’t know MP/s stands for “Mega pixels on screen “ which is extremely important. So DLSS is all screwed up , so if ya wanna raise your FPS turn it to Qualify or shut it off all together until they fix this mess. I hope this helps.

I literally just had to change drivers and it was 100% fixed it was not a hardware or perfomance issue. The problem was the same symptoms as a memory leak, performance started fine quickly degrading over the course of 15-20 minutes.
I appreciate all the graphics advice but i just run it on ultra with dlss on quality now at well over 120fps now that my problem is solved, that's more than good for me personally.

I've seen people who game thousands of hours become engineers.
I've also seen people who game thousands of hours become unemployed basement dwellers with mental issues.

For example, I could see some lazy gamer use the results of studies showing gaming improves mental acuity to justify his time-wasting.

All the mental benefits of gaming that could help in the real-world are reliant on the gamer in question choosing to participate in the real world.

That being said, a better question would be if you would let your past-self (or a future child) get into video games the way you did.

Personally, while my life turned out good, (computer-related career), I still think I spent far too much time on games in hindsight.

Youth is very limited, and whether we want to admit it or not, games are often very addictive.

Please:
1. Make the Z key available to undo moves. It's a standard in puzzle games and is closer to the R key, so easier to reach than the backspace key.
2. Hold down the fast forward option for all levels, when clicked once.
