Thanks for sharing that crash log. Can you also share your player.log file in appdata? Tbat willl provide me more complete info as to what the game was doing leading up to the crash. See my earlier replies for information on how to find the log file.

What the crash tells me::
The access violation in KERNELBASE.dll is actually quite telling - I've seen this exact pattern before. Even though you don't have a physical webcam, your crash is happening when the game tries to enumerate camera devices during startup. The access violation suggests it's encountering a virtual camera with corrupted drivers or registry entries.

Quick diagnosis:
can you run this in Command Prompt?
`ffmpeg -list_devices true -f dshow -i dummy`

If you don't have ffmpeg, try:
`powershell "Get-PnpDevice -Class Camera | Format-Table Name,Status -AutoSize")`

This will show what cameras Windows *thinks* you have. I suspect you'll see virtual camera/capture card entries like "capture recorder" or similar.

Most likely culprits:
- Virtual cameras: ShareX, OBS, DroidCam, ManyCam, Snapcam
- Capture cards: Elgato, AVerMedia, or any USB or internal capture devices
- Virtual capture devices: NDI virtual inputs, streaming software filters

In the meantime, you can try this fix which has worked for similar cases:
- open Registry Editor
- click "edit->search" and search for "capture recorder".
- If it is found, you can right click its folder (key) and export it - just in case.
- Delete the fodler (key).

Also search for "screen-capture-recorder" in regedit. If found, then delete that key (folder) in regedit. This is installed by apps like ShareX and can interfere with device enumeration.amd result in i valid memory access violations.

I guess you didn’t really get my point there. The question I was joining in on was if the T-15 is real or not. It is a parade prototype. Nothing more, no proven combat and no large numbers anywhere in production. The only tank currently in production is the T-90M which is very much still a design that is not considered ground breaking in any way shape or form. The chassis is known to be almost always a onehit for Nato 120mm canons that NATO MBTs have. It is comparable to the T-72.

The emphasis was on the fact that Russia is NOT a nation to develop anything groundbreaking anymore. Especially now that they have ruined their economy and location in terms of attractivity. That is also portrayed in plenty of western projects to upgrade to something more effective than 120mm. Those solutions initially got offered to several governments within NATO, that all not seen any money once the dust settled and people realized that the T-14 Armata chassis is pure vaporware.

My gripe with the T-15 (I am playing Russia in BA) is that it is poorly balanced compared to other APCs. It is to cheap for its super stalinium Armor cold hammer forged with putins tears.

Yes, just about. There is a bug where trying to rebind reverse soft locks the game, but otherwise everything is mappable. Reverse is also useless in the meta so it's not too big of a loss, although we do have a community mod in the Discord server that fixes the soft lock (along with many other QoL features).

Sidenote, I've been playing this game on keyboard for over 1,000 hours, so I can say with confidence it's a keyboard friendly game.
