Recently I've had the issue of videos in the store loading very slowly or a part would load and play then stop and buffer continuously but if I watch that same video on YT no issue whatsoever any idea why?

So update your games outside your playing hours.

There are options to rebind the controls, you just can't access them from the main menu. Once you've started or loaded your game the option does appear.

Yes, normal developers do this. Just because you're not aware of that fact does not mean it never happens or hasn't happened before.

I’m worrying because they’re using some random guy as a PR instead of themselves for the past few years.
Not to mention that same guy can’t even provide other company names or history when questioned who else does this kind of thing.

There's a skip for that door, you can find the video on youtube that shows how to jump the umbral wall. It's not as hard as it looks I can get it in a few tries.

If you don't want to mess with that, I have a save file from nexus mods at emperyean and all the chests and secrets are untouched so you wouldnt lose anything.
