Start in 1 of the 2 languages I know: ENG; exit and re-enter and now it's in a language I don't which is Russian?

Good thing that you can change it back in the main menu by clicking on the language icon.

Denying, deleting, and avoiding your own comments shows more about you than anything i could ever say.

Choose a building and turn it into your base. Making changes and upgrades will help you understand how the blocks fit together. Use the copy block shape and rotation options to replace blocks that are missing or to build a new structure similar to one you like. You'll get a better grasp on how it all fits together (literally).

Oh i saw official Bethesda program for gamescom at Gamescom website, it looks like stuff only for Indiana Jones and its new dlc plus Doom Dark Ages and its dlc. No single minute about Starfield/Fallout/TESVI :( , huge letdown for me.
