I have no idea where the concept of this impacting multiplayer in any way comes from but that is factually wrong.

We offer complete parity of the game across all our platforms, so nobody gets a gimped experience. Save Data usage on Console Platforms is limited which means that increasing the Pantheon Cap limits future extensions of the system. Once we know for sure that the Pantheon isn't expanding anymore is when we'll look into increasing the cap.

As stated in the game, dinari is the "criminal currency", while the standard lire is still a thing (from various documents). Not sure why, but I accept it.

Stone floors will break if the weather is intense enough. The more likely cause of your problem was open doors or windows; those can result in objects near them not being considered sheltered (and thus perishing in a storm).
If something physically sticks out of the building, lightning might be able to destroy it. Lightning does deal some damage to building pieces I believe, even non-wood ones like aluminum.

It is an unusual occurrence for deployables to be destroyed inside a properly constructed wooden building , let alone stone (provided you maintain it with a hammer even once every few storms).

That's Recon's special ability, everyone else still has to hit the button. Although it seems to prefer making a ping for my squad over actually spotting an enemy.

The way I see it, if snipers are going to sit back and not contribute, they might as well spot for us. An Auto-spot is required since they're too numb to push the button or they're playing one-handed.
