This mechanic seems so broken, how am I apparently losing a war after taking multiple systems and planets, all my war exhaustion is from losing armies to ground invasions after take. Like 10 planets, every system/planet I've taken is transferred to me so it doesn't count as them losing those systems and they have 0% war exhaustion from occupation after ive conquered half their empire. This is retarded makes no sense wtf its like I should just occupy their systems with planets and dont take the planet but those dont seem to add war exhaustion either

The AI have a hard time playing the Otto. As a player you have a lot of oil potential stealing Baku from Russia and a lot of opium from puppeting annexing Persia. Set some airports and AA (and radar towers, if you can) close to the front. Link the North African supply hubs with railroads. Make a fast hunter-killer destroyer or cruiser fleet coupled with naval bombers from Sicily and Sardinia to harass submarines (they are the ones destroying your supply lanes).

Make a 4-6 division secondary line behind the front line so you can swap in and relieve spent units as needed. Set your spies as close to the front as possible to reduce enemy planning and entrenchment. Don't use expensive units to defend, they will lose equipment and be very costly in the long run. Like Peon said, use smaller units and rotate them as needed.

You don't need to do all this, but at least some would give you an edge. When you feel comfortable, capture Malta. That will disrupt allied naval supply enough to give your convoys a breather. The problem is that while they can cut Italy or Germany's supply lines with subs, the reverse is not true. I have the same problem - tons of British troops and ships operating in the Med, performing amphibious invasions from Heaven knows where and drawing supply despite my subs.

Knight can’t pincer as easily if you path so the guard and him come from the same direction or he wastes time.
Banner also gives haste so if you can double back it can backfire on Knight,


Don’t try to go for vaults or pallets from a distance, half the point of doctor is stopping interactions, only take it if he can’t see you do it or won’t have time to charge his power, also camping pallets is a free way to get hit by him.

OKAY I REALLY must be on some weird ♥♥♥♥ right now, NO WAY you just called GHOST FACE fast while saying BLIGHT needs a buff. Ghost has NO mobility and blight has the most consistent and fast mobility in the game.

Ghost face is fast. and I mean, blight needs a buff cause he is too hard to control
