I can't tell why you can't barter with some Inheritors in the field. Clearly during combat makes sense. Other times you can trade with some but not all of a squad. They'll even do a hand wave and say "another time".

They were possibly like "Hey hey hey these singleplayer lovers or low speed internet consumers are getting too much fun now we wouldn't want that do we" or "Ow these guys are actually stupid enough to pay for the game even thou they dont play multiplayer aww they're so cute lets give them a reason to download the pirated game" What can be a "logical reason" for a company to disable offline play. Yeah. So is Better Call Saul, sequel to Breaking Bad. Imagine people recommend others to watch Better Call Saul first since it's a prequel then when Walt and Jesse shows up people would think they are just some random not important people when if they watched Breaking Bad first like they should, they'd be jumping with surprise and joy. Same ♥♥♥♥ applies here with MGS 3

I think they seriously messed Ranked up with those Chronotoken cards in season 2. Support players who should be in gold in Plat/Diamond/GM.

How is the game 'unfinished'? What parts of it are missing? Or do you mean the fact that some parts of the game could use some more work or should be reworked? The game, as it is, is finished. You can play it from start to the current end in the story and nothing is still WIP or contains placeholders. Stop telling lies. Just because you don't like the game (for whatever reason) doesn't mean it's 'not finished'.

Oh, and I don't know if you've heard, but paid DLCs have been a thing since like... more than twenty years?
