Are there plans for an ingame mini map or is there one already and I’m just being simple ?

Activision with their COD6 and Steam are acting like brainless, spineless idiots who don’t want to fix a progress issue into the game. They wash their hands of it. They’ve pissed me off to the point of inviting others to boycott COD7… they should respect the players.

It is that: His inertia sucks. Assesor is a char for smart people. Smart people dont like to bump into things. Just ffs reduce his inertia and the character is gorgeous. Thanks.

EA has ruined so many games I love. (SimCity, BattlefieldV, Madden NFL) I'll wait to see how things pan out. Not paying $70+ though.

And the reason why the game is so big i pointed out in the 1st post which is also part of why the updates tend to be so large, you dont have 2 ARKs for a split second, You literally DO have 2 ARKs because of the SeekFreeContent folder which is a copy of the games main files for "Performance Reasons", which is the excuse the Devs gave ways back..

And the game is a ton more optimized than it used to be.

I experimented with this years ago, you are way late to the party.

The game runs perfectly fine without that Content and quite literally cuts the size of the game in HALF, but every time there is an update it gets reinstalled which puts the game back to its original large size.

so do you still play ark? seems like most people who played in 2015-2020, have left ark, its the only game i really play tho

The game's sound isn't the problem per se, but the external sound. It's perfectly possible to play DD2 while watching a video or something, but the game requires strategy, which requires concentration. See what I'm getting at? It's possible, but it's not the best type of game to distract yourself with things other than the game itself. There are better options.
