Why isn't there a stupid animation for when you try to swing a weapon without enough stamina?

Because it doesnt take knowledge to swing a stick. There is an intrusive buffer that will overcommit you if you are mashing.

Look at the Display tab of your settings, should be a drop-down menu for it

Agreed 100% - AI is ok in small doses (giving ideas for an authentic military sounding briefing that's 3-4 short lines) but this trend of slapping AI generated everything into everything is killing... everything.
