I would agree as that would happen in real life offline. People generally don't bother you. For online on the other hand is a different matter entirely. Steam doesn't have a full blocking figure as other websites has. Keeping that in mind that there are stalkers and people that would keep contacting you, commenting on your comment every time, quoting your comment for other people to see.

Steam support isn't trained to identify obvious trolling and harassment behavior. Thus, those users don't get banned no matter how many reports you may fill. This is where it steam/valve the problem by not protecting their members.

Inb4-trolls responds my comment, This proved my point.

Bans happen when the content of a comment break the rules. It also isn't harassment if both parties willingly engage.

I've also seen the tactic of deleting and reposting the same comment. Don't know what that is supposed to do.

The repeated deletion and reapplying of a post is mostly to try and bait people calling it out, so they can be reported for naming and shaming.

I will say one individual who has been following me around, has repeatedly been trying to flamebait me as of this past week, then rapidly deleting to avoid getting reported. So there's definitely been an increase of abuse of the deletion capabilities.

Over 2 hours of use, I didn't see that with stock driver 581.08. Got constant 85-100 FPS with a lot of peaks at 120 FPS. The other thing I didn't like with smooth motion is because I'm on 2560 x 1600 on a 16" display everything looks a little bit blurry with smooth motion on. W/o smooth motion, everything is sharp and crystal clear.

lol Mac. Yes MO2 is a powerful tool but if starting out Vortex just makes everything simple. Vortex handles 1800 mods with Skyrim with no issues. Starfield and Vortex great way to start getting into modding. MO2 has a slight learning curve and if one plans on full modding with multiple games a great choice to follow up on.

Back @ OP. 2 Things
1) With Vortex you should have not needed to add the 2 files, Vortex should have asked if you wanted it to handle it. What you did sounds proper and is needed.
2) Using the Script Extender, that is your game launcher.

Now for file locations with Vortex. 1) You will have your game folder, which is lumped in with all your Steam games. 2) your document folder. 3) Your Vortex staging folder. They all need to stay as they are and can not be merged. This is how Starfield's game engine is set up game folder / document folder. Vortex needs to read both.
