Pushing is great and all but most of the time I see players with zero awareness of what their team can do, or their team's resource/capability levels, doing it. I.e. pushing themselves out of position and then butthurt-raging that their team of mixed skill level randoms isn't behaving like their premade havoc group on voice chat.

See also the classic mmo dungeon example of the tank pulling with no regard for the healer's lack of mana or the half dead dps.

This can be true, pushing requires skill, any monkey with a keyboard can press W all game, but takes a lot of awareness to make sucessfull pushes, specially in high havoc.

Op is talking about the first 2 difficulties tho...

It comes golden color. There is no way to change the color- at least currently. I have never tried scrapping it to see what part I would want. Without some very cheating moves, once you scrap it- it is gone for good from that save.
