You may as well just look up what cheats are avaialble including the wemod suggested. The point of the game pretty much is start as a wholly new business and work your way up, as these "simulator" games go. So would be silly to add in abilities that would ruin that purpose right off the bat. At least doing a little leg work yourself frees the dev up to add in more actual content instead of investing the time to implement your idea and when new stuff does get added you can enjoy that too at your own pace.
