I’m not sure if this is happening only to me or to you as well, but for some reason, I notice that the maps' terrain and objectives looks blurry and not fully clear until I go near it. I've set the resolution to match my screen’s resolution and the scale to 100%, but the issue still occurs

To be completely honest, that's probably why your system is running out of memory even though you think you're only using 2 gigs out of the 8 you have installed... someone else is already using the other 6 to do whatever it is that they're doing with what you think is your PC and internet connection.

Ironically, that likely means that your system is now more secure than when you installed it... whoever is actually running your system has beefed up the security to prevent other bad actors from gaining access.

Well, thank them then, when I need to run Godot C#, they don't let it use my RAM, and when I run the same Godot without C#, they free up my computer's memory, allowing me to use my browser, code editor, and more.
The same goes for Unity.
They also allow me to play online games without experiencing high ping, reducing the load on my internet connection.
It turns out that they also protect my computer. God bless them.

Store is still broken to me, cannot buy passes or anything :(
Checked Steam and no problem adding to my Steam Wallet but when ingame, it crashes and locks up my screen every time I hit Buy, never gets back to Steam for the funds. Is there a workaround for this? Been going on since last patch

Exactly a bazillion years ago, when the internet wasn't a thing and Hexen was one of the few games on that ancient rig that ran DOS + Win 3.11, my younger self was picking and poking this game from every possible angle. And while picking at every possible combo of the game's cheats, I found that you can access a leftover incomplete development level.
