Will the game have the rule of combat bonuses for attacking land units, or a penalty for the defender, where the defender is attacked from multiple hexes in the same turn?

What he said. It's indeed depressing. All anyone has ever wanted was Coop stalker 2 open world & to just survive the zone. Luckily there's a game coming out that's literally just that.

It's still strange that items in a PvP game have to be unlocked... nothing inherently wrong with it but I prefer not having to unlock or level up things that in any other MOBA have been provided from the get go. It's also a massive pain to buy items for your party because you have it at a higher tier or they just started... the Armory system has workarounds and just feels weird. Love everything else in the game just... not a fan of unlocking the ability to buy items ingame - let me just spend the gold in a match and be done with it

You destroyed a game i had spent thousands of hours on between multiple platforms, building friendships with people, spending time both on rental servers and the game itself.

The DLC is not a gift. It's not an anniversary event. It's an underhanded attempt to make more people buy ASA, something that won't happen, because this was the final straw for far too many of us ASE vets.

The game was the best it could be until you decided to release a broken DLC that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game over to the point where people with the base game can't even play it anymore.

I hope Snail Games goes bankrupt. They don't deserve to be involved in the gaming industry.

Some would be for sure, for example Lightning magic that's always guaranteed to hit. Prolly be impossible (or next to impossible) to avoid Rude's bullet spam from the chopper in Chapter 12 as well.

You could speedrun fights and outrace bosses before they use techniques that you can't dodge if you were going for no damage, which I think is possible on most fights (I think a few exceptions exist).

But for general play, do you need to? You can simply block Rude's Spinning Axe Kick for example. I think you can outrange it and dodge it that way, but it's not really worth the effort, so just take some minor block damage and the free ATB / limit points it gives you, no? Rude makes it easy to Limit Break him in the first fight against him simply by blocking maybe 2 or 3 of his major attacks, in addition to staggering him twice. His major gimmicks are that many of his melee attacks are magical so you can't Punisher Counter them (but can block), and his grapples, which are all dodgeable with practice.

Rude had a fun fight, everytime he tried to grab cloud I started to run, and Aerith saw them like two kids playing tag before using blizzard on him hah! Not to mention that if you attack with her, he will always try to put her to sleep and that is a great way to give him some damage.
