Starting having crashes during loading here too after the forced update (that was for Steamdeck which I dont even have). I've spent more than 40-50 hours no issues then like 5 CTD so far only when loading areas...

Also, since I'm +1 reporting, there's either an input lag or some delay for actions and it's fracking annoying! pressed spacebar actions for gatering fish is annoying enough but hitting speedy aggro fishes is even more enraging.
I dont have the beat'em-up DLC but I'd bet this base coding/mechanic/bug is way more notorious there cause you do need speed and responsiveness more so than in normal base game, and if I can get this bothered with base alone I dont wanna think about that yakuza DLC...

Seriously, cant devs make it more nimble? quick on responses/actions?
Between that and the crashes (hangs really, I have to manually shut the unresponsive EXE process as it's just frozen there), annoying issues impact heavily on the enjoyment I had.

I had to use the Goat fungus save mod to do that.

I had A Base in A Cave on A Gas Giant I built when they came out, A few weeks later they set the bedrock level far enough that the Base was exactly below the layer you described.

Was able to look up & see every cave in the place, was even able to build in free mode for awhile, but the base glitched & kept eating & storing parts deleted then not showing them, but keeping them logged itowards my Maximum Base Parts.

You'll have to just go into the JSON base file to delete it from your save entirely to get rid of it, I highly recommend watching videos about how to use it as modding into that degree gets A little dangerous & you don't want to break anything else.

When I played actively, when I get auto-balanced 4+ times in a single match. or when the player counts drop to 6 people per team or less because everyones already quit out of the match from being auto-balanced over and over.

How many times does auto-balance need to kick in in order to salvage it? The game is pretty much ruined after it starts doing it regularly. This is why auto-balance is classified as a band-aid fix at best...
