There is about a 50% chance when i go to the play menu to select campaign or arena that I am unable to continue or go back. I can click the buttons but nothing happens. this can also happen while selecting a character. My only fix has been restarting the game. I have reinstalled the game on every drive I have to check, nothing is fixing the problem.

I'm tempted to ride this pony around the yard, but the actual answer is, like I said and like Lyn alluded to, You're counting the $2 twice. $25 final rate + $2 "tip" = $27 $27 + $2 is $25 + $2 + $2. You're counting the belldude's "tip" twice and leaving out the $3 refund.

Looks like this game is not coming out in September. The devs changed the release date back to a vague 2025 both on Steam and the PS store. Vaporware.
