There's also a possibility that a boss has mythic immunities. Which means ascendant element doesn't work. I've not checked this myself. It would be tough to judge without having the build and the enemy stat sheet in front of me to say for sure what's going on. Having the combat log information would also help.

At this point all we can do is guess.

Which boss? Which difficulty? What's the stat sheet of this boss at this level? What's your build?

I said it was Areelu, final boss of main game, and difficulty was Core

Yea, but what's the stat sheet? I don't know that by heart my man. XD Areelu is litterally the least fought enemy in the game.

My bad... that totally makes the difference. I must have gotten the 4 for 1 day mixed in my head.

That said. how does that invalidate my other claims, or address the absurdist time requirements.
-- I'm hoping it's linear & not doubling in time, because that's an insane difference 6 days to 32 days to max, the weakest of the stats that starts at 1 day to update ... and upto 6 ranks.

yeah it was the Toll of the Dead, which I already had equipped and didn't realize the flavor text had changed. Nerf was too much to invest in CDR (you'd need 600% cd speed which is nuts) so just switched to the quill build cause thats what always ends up happening. tried to mix it up a bit by still using guards with Bloodied Doll.

Sucks cause I don't look up builds, and I had just stumbled on this a day or two ago and was excited to keep playing it :\

I think a nerf was definitely reasonable, though they MAY have overdone it with his third power's costs. First power having an actual cooldown already slows down how fast he can get those resources, doing both changes all at once mighta been a bit much.

Yes they could play idk it was 2-3 days earlier.

I was on a dev quicktest, I even disabled all the settings except that one, and the error still showed up after a few tries.

Well it MIGHT (big might here) be soon, with quake con (bug even about FPS games)
happening during the 8th (it would be 8/8) and with fraud news dropping during the 8th of a month, I wouldn't be surprised if we got more news or the update dropped on the 8th.
