Its a false argument.
Its placed just to be. Same with so called "romances" in game. Well not sure, maybe just poor writing. Scenes are ok, but romance themself "we have no time so lets bang ok?".
We dont have motogang members, russians, ninjas, or, say, "special" people in this game. We dont have native americans too. Think they dont play D&D or computer game? Its just not the part of agenda, thats it.

Why would we have Russians, Native Americans, or "motogang members" in a world that has no Russia, America, or motorcycles?

We do have ninjas, though. Shadow Monk is basically a ninja.

The comparison is absurd. The game is PvE all the way to DD, and provides the primary means of levelling up. As it stands currently you do not get any reward for PvPing beyond the fun of doing it.

So to be clear, is your answer is that you'd leave if you can't gank farmers?

Well you asked bud. It's clear you don't actually want to listen or have a debate, and that you've made up your mind. So I guess you asked just to try to 'own the pvpers'. And incase you're not just pretending to be stupid, yes, the reward is that you get materials that other people aren't brave enough to get, duh

I never was comfortable with the fact I was comfortable walking around that area, not to mention the fact the door is wide open as well.

Good I prefer that as well. Though I could see outpost glass, cockpit glass... etc being armored. Interior glass (Like in the cyrolab) should not be bullet proof, or at least I could see being protected low power hand guns like .27 cal maybe, but high powered rifles and grenades 'should' be a problem.
