Orochi Samurai can do it nicely too with their incapaciting strike (2), just need to time it before the Chariot strikes. When the Chariot is stopped, press (1), Aim for the CreDitCard player, Left Clic, ????, Profit.

i dont have orochi samurai's nor do i have sunward phalanx so im stuck with useless halberds and imperial pikes

hagga basin was a blast, really great experience, both public then private server ... then we moved to DD which is basicly unfinished empty space with so much potential ... just in very, very early development ... i have more then 600hrs, still enjoyin´game .... but im like 1 more hour to burnout....same stupid 90% useless loot/lansraad/a row TS and Shipwrecks ... But here's the thing. I doubt any player bought this game thinking that Hagga Basin was the main or virtually the only portion of finished content this game has to offer. ESPECIALLY when this company's marketing policy is to essentially lie to their customers and throw around labels like MMO only to remove it about a week from launch. VERY shady and frankly I'm fed up with all game corpos doing crap like this. They've created an enemy and I refuse to shut up.

im calling BG3 not a cRPG but a "butterfly effect" genre - that it really implicts the tabletop "decision-matters" fun with many,many not expected results of a butterfly effect. Im still finding many new stuff that can happen in the game.
Which no single cRPG doing.

i guess if BG4 will be just cRPG without a that "butterfly effect" with decisions and outcoms it will not be as good as BG3 even with good gameplay, graphic, scenery and so on.

Those that purchase Madden year after year need therapy for stockholm syndrome. It should also be a mental condition listed in the DSM lol. I do come here at each release in hopes that EA gets their act together but here we are another year with a terrible release...I haven't purchase an EA game since NBA Street Vol. 2.

Well, you definitely can influence some stuff, especially if other commanders and squadrons are also active in that region (you see with inara and ingame PP2.0 map). It is just another RP, but also interesting operating in the struggles of a multiborder.
I am only unsure which actions help most efiicient in a stronghold system.

the most efficient is the one that is most consistent and brings in a good chunk of Merits at the same time.

Therefore Trade or Bounty Hunting is your best option. Find a station or settlement you wish to sell goods to, within the system you wish to strengthen, and find commodities that they are in demand for.

Find the cheapest location near the system (you want to deliver as many goods as possible after all) that sells the best commodity in question for the cheapest. If the place you are buying commodities also happen to be a fortified or stronghold system of your chosen power, pick up Reinforcement Powerplay commodities from the power contact as well. If the system you buy your chosen commodity from is owned by an opposing faction, and the system you're selling to is fortified or stronghold, take the opportunity to earn extra mertis, by delivering undermining powerplay commodities.

There you go, trade route set.

As for bounty hunting, resource extraction sites, and the nav beacon are your friends, in the system you wish to strengthen. Scan ships, and kill those who are marked as wanted, or marked as enemy. Killing either earns you merits, but wanted are the only ones that earn you credits.

In both instances: SCAN EVERY SHIP while inside the system you wish to strengthen. Each scanned ship earns you merits, though not a whole lot, it still adds up over time.
