France is head because it was only 3 months off of having the EU presidency, and has an army, navy, and nukes; Belgium has none of those and didn't originally exist as a separate country so France made the most sense. If you have better sources you are free to provide them to the devs, but I highly suspect you don't, and "because I don't like reality" isn't going to fly.

You're right, it's not really worth continuing this discussion with you because it's both clear that you're way out of your depth on this topic and are just a fan who wants the game to stay the way you want and take offense to people give the slightest that the game should change or isn't perfect in it's current form.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, Returning that book should be just a beginning of longer story, I never said I miss Theresa, I said courting Theresa was fantastic and I was really disappointed I couldn't court Rosa even longer way I courted Theresa in KCD1. Especially if there was plenty of options - Horse escapades, looking for some particular books, inviting her to a tournament and winning in her name, hell, even studying Latin together....
