Sure, it is optional — but so is integrity. The issue isn’t just “buy it or don’t,” it’s the precedent it sets when devs recycle content, slap on a slightly different label, and charge more. If we don’t speak up, we’re basically rewarding lazy monetization. It’s not about getting mad over a skin — it’s about expecting respect as paying players. If you're cool with paying more for the same shirt with polka dots, fine. Some of us just think we should be getting more than wardrobe tricks for our money.

I have never bought a skin for any game in my entire life and probably never will.

I've done every Battlepass in Hunt with InGame earned BloodBonds and still have over 4k of them left.

The day comes where I have to use actual money for a Battlepass, I simply won't do it.

If they release a map pack expansion I would buy it but skins absolutely not. That's just my mindset though.

Gotcha — but in that case, this whole discussion really doesn’t apply to you. You’re not the one buying skins, so you’re not the audience Crytek is targeting with these reskins. My point is aimed at the people who do spend on them, because their purchases are what tell the devs whether lazy monetization is worth repeating.

Shoutout to nvidiaprofileinspector, also if you have reshade turning off in reshade ui (in game) in the addon tab when you press home, turn off generic depth

Semi-semi-wipe for the semi-semi-playerbase

So i was excited to unlock it, (i have the rocket burst mod on since starting) and it does nothing. I never see anything home with what i assume is a 22 range homing, even further with the plasma ball upgrade, was really hoping it would work. (one level further got +1 bounce ricochet, and does nothing)

i did, my dad works at bhvr and i told him if they didn't change it i wasn't going to see him this thanksgiving
