You can usually easily spot a smurf and de-ranker if you check their Win Rate by match duration. If their time below 5 minutes is incredibly low, that's usually a good indicator they're deliberately tanking their Elo. Which is not the case with your opponent.

Do you see the links to that game and opponent? The links are attached to my screenshot, inside. Do you see what his rating is NOW and what is the maximum?

The game took so long because I was able to get a little revenge on him and dragged out the time a lot, built up walls and simply alt tab-ed the game. No easy and fast wins for them.

I dont have the best computer but it runs most games. it runs elden ring, cyber punk and other ♥♥♥♥. Everytime i start the story line "beginning where catwoman confronts bunch of crooks" it just crashes before i can even start. anyone got any good advice? cause this game is bit old and i'm pretty sure I have the specs for it.

Nope, they can just move around you faster than you can spin around and hit him with your minigun.
