Simple answer: yes.

If you're ever going to play Rover on any team and want to min/max your dps output then definitely. Nothing is absolutely required [in this game] but I would certainly say highly recommended and worth but only if you're planning on using Rover. Fyi I end up using Rover on every single server so far due to ease of team builds around them--even if only as a temp filler spot. However, your mileage may vary.

aero rover. that weapon only works on aero rover and using that weapon on other rover's like havoc and spectro is useless

To be fair, I do want this game to continue to be grounded just like the first especially with classic diff and up. Casual groups I don’t understand how they don’t learn the basic necessities to avoid mistakes over and over, but oh well if they die over and over again they’ll learn eventually.

Casual difficulty I’m never gonna touch but good for those who needs the game journalist difficulty I suppose?

the bombers kill you? You have shields, and the green goop stops shield regen, but I don't remember ever dying to them.
Maybe there's a bug type I haven't seen.
