Basically no. Fighting games are almost all about balancing of the characters and you can be the best top tier player, if your character/s isn't meant to win, there is nothing you can do about. Speaking from experience.

So just keep reminding the developer to buff your character/s regularly.

I think this game needed a bit more subtle BDSM themes. Kay and Yu are not enough ♥♥♥♥♥, is not realistic.

It can be annoying to fly without chaff, but you can still avoid ARH missiles by using terrain masking, notching, and multipathing (preferably in combination), some maps are pretty decent for this, while others I wouldn't even bother taking off (the flat, open maps)

Honestly, bioships are so strong I don't even think they should be allowed to build anything but juveniles, every ship should be required to grow to their max size, this would also solve this issue.

I agree! It also solves the mess of having 3 versions of each class in the fleet manager window. I tend to like building different specialized ships, so my fleet management window ends up looking like a disaster with the being able to build juveniles through elders, but on top of that that as a juvenile matures it changes the cap of that juvenile less the number that matured.

The way I hoped bioships would be handled is that they are extremely cheap and quick to build because you need to mature them over time and combat. Something to similar to zerg tactics of pumping out numbers because only so many will ever reach maturity due to attrition and the like.

That actually sounds like a much more fun way to do it. Maybe have a second ship class that's "elite" that you can build for a massive mark-up for when you need quick short-term fleet power.
So you generally build juveniles and mature them, but if you have massive attrition you get to build "mules" or "combat drone" variants that cost an arm and a leg to shore up your fleet.

That way pressing reinforce just builds the juvenile you normally want and for the emergency reinforcements you make a new fleet or add the expensive variants to the fleet.
