As for OP: Contact the Dev, this is not a Steam issue. It's the Dev's servers denying Steam account access, which seems to be a common issue for them.

reply back to steam support and await there answer.

Thank You for improving Your game. I enjoy new music in Port Galeb a lot.
But after the implementation of Dual Weilding, Marksmanship and fighting with two-handed weapon are broken.
Only Girdaen has Marksmanship in my team. (My burglar has Heroic Rally, Fast Loading, so he can use Grey Hunter Longbow two times in a turn on the sixth level). So Girdean cannot use AP to improve accuracy, when I use these points during a fight, the accuracy doesn’t rise but points are spent.
Secondly, Girdaen can use two weapons and even a bow and one weapon in second hand.
Thirdly, fighters who use two-handed weapon like Halrick cannot use AP to improve their accuracy. Is this intended after the last modification?

Cons: BHVR hasn't fixed a single bug since PTB. The new "map" sucks. Clown now braindead. Rick looks ugly. Michonne sounds awful and she's the loudest of all survivors now. Fog Vial are ♥♥♥♥ item to annoy killers and it bugging asf so chase won't start until you hit survivor yourself. This bug was a year ago and they did nothing.

Pros: Jim in the offering screen. The Pig gets buff.

The only real thing against this is that fog vials aren't actually that bad or annoying. On PTB it seemed horrendous, but on live, it's not been bad at all. Honestly if it weren't for the rechargeable aspect, I'd call it the most useless item in the game, even beyond old keys/maps

I pay full-price, but downloaded a play-test version/ It's a joke?)

I usually get the ice beam early on because nothing survives it, and my second psycaster tends to be on the protection stuff because it has nice shields later on
