From what ive seen its only being carried by mods and kept alive that way, thats also the selling factor open world sandbox naval battles with light mod support these custom models are not officially supported, there would be no streamers showing new stuff without those who created Sea Lifter and the others, because they keep this alive, they do all the heavy lifting and get nothing, you rely on them and thats probably normal these days but imagine they wouldnt do this.

i think i have some authority on this subject when i say, if *all* of the 3rd party non-workshop asset mods never existed in the first place, and there wouldn't be fancy (ripped) assets for streamers/youtubers to show off that cant be on the workshop, there would be minimal change in the size of the community

meanwhile, every single major patch i see a noticeable upwards trend in the number of people who frequent the workshop and subscribe to mods, so it seems like major patches (new features and content) are significantly more important to bringing in more players than 3rd party mods hosted off the steam workshop

There's spraypaint at the gas stations. You have to go and buy it, it's not automatic.

And how and where to use it? We've been clicking on every graffiti, but nothing happens

I asked the same question yesterday and so far the answer is no. Currently the only time we can select the option is when the farm is created by the host. I'm going to submit a recommendation to add the option to the multi-player settings and hope there is enough interest for the programmers to add it as an enhancement at a later date.

Luckily we were only 9 days into the game and have decided to create a new farm with the desired setting.

one side thinks everyone should live by their standards, the other side just wants to be.

Have you checked you don't have a max speed in the fisrt part of the xml?
Check, other than max forward speed in the Engine section, the max speed in the Drivable one, if ther is one.

I haven't looked into the file, but those are the main one that could clamp max speed.
And overall weight of course.
