Yeah most things can potentially be dangerous. I'm not very worried about privacy too much either anymore because that ship has sailed.

There are several aspects of your comment that are against community guidelines. "Disrespect" or "combative, rude" would cover your usage of the terms "edge lord" or "spoiled children" as well as your passive-aggressive tone of teasing and mockery. I think you should be allowed some leeway when it comes to disagreement or even insults, as that is what calling someone an "edge lord" entails.

Yet ironically, you are arguing in support for more heavy-handed moderation that would (if consistent) penalize you as well.

Hardly. Edgelord is an accepted term and commonly used as a descriptor, just as Techie, Techbro, Nerd, Noob, Gearhead, Hacker, Geek, etc.

I am simply describing what I happened to witness in the evolution of the Internet, which includes chat rooms and forum spaces as I experienced it, having been here from the beginning. I'm certainly not going to sugarcoat anything or not state the facts of the situation just because someone might not like hearing the truth.

I have always been in favor of stricter moderation here on the Steam forums. I have always, myself, adhered to the "three strikes" rule as a mod or host of my own forums. And having been perma banned from only one forum in 30 years of being on the Internet - not too worried about how my manner of speaking might be seen here, bub.

An insult is a descriptor, bub. Insults are typically frowned upon, but whether or not enforcement is applied is really a matter of luck (and carefully choosing words that don't trigger automatic flags helps with avoiding penalties). Additionally, Steam's general discussions are less heavily moderated than most community hubs.

That's great Jim. I'm glad you think someone might not like hearing "the" truth. Though perhaps consider the same rule applies to you.

Individual recipes for weapons and armor, other than the initial recipes, were abolished just before the alpha release as they were not particularly interesting to craft and led to an excess of production facilities.

Kinda sound like a dumb excuse, as there literally the anvil which should let you make any weapons an armor made of metal

I like BF because of the large maps and all the vehicles... it called battle field. maps are susposta be larger than life and a different experience than COD. if i want cod then ill play cod... Cod doesnt have a giant map with tons of vehicles. just a vehicle here or there with no guns on them. yawn!!!

Well I ended up not able to get Uranium to show up in the quartz area but the other Uranium cave to the east worked with no problem. Although it is nice to know that even if Uranium wasn't showing up in the quartz area I would still get Uranium, so probably a visual glitch?
