I mean this so very sincerely but who cares it's a silly hat from a $10 game you will not be playing in a year's time. right??? i hadnt even noticed it was gone. lol people just wanna be upset over something and honestly i love it. lol

personally never used the hat myself, but what bothers me most is the complete lack of communication on the matter. I'm not in the discord so I didn't see the complaint that triggered the change, there was no mention of the hat being replaced in the patch notes, and so far the only word I've seen from the devs in the forums is that the hat was replaced intentionally. so understandably, the change felt very out of nowhere and the fact the devs seemingly refuse to talk about it is strange

when people asked why the hat was removed, other community members had to fill in. people ask for the hat back, no response. there were even a couple people asking if the hat couldn't of been tweaked design-wise to make it less 'offensive', but no response. I can understand if the decision is final, but some communication to at least confirm some of the community's questions would be nice
