I think it looks great. Dawn of War always had a high production value feel imo, it aged gracefully and the new polish really makes it shine. I play a lot of classic RTS games and I am never bothered by the older graphics, I still play Supreme Commander Forged Alliance, Starcraft 1 and 2, for some reason RTS games seem to age better than other genres in my eyes. It's worth noting that I have never seen an RTS game since Dawn of War with animations that match it, or how bombastic the battles are, units flying across the map, being pounded to pulp with kill animations, duelling champions etc. Graphics do not maketh the game young padawan, it's all art and there's stuff to appreciate in the older titles still.

I know what makes this game great, I played it (and loved it) back when it released... But alas, with today's tech, things could play just as well, and look much better...

I guess we'll see when i releases.

An autosaves, that saves instantly after a catastrophy (like your rig getting destroyed in a battle or on the map) is completely pointless in my opinion.
What do you think, when a player wants to use an autosave feature, when he is not playing on iron-man-mode?

Not performance issues, but I get disconnected regularly now and essentially can't play. I can get anywhere from 1-5 games in before I get a disconnect like a rage quit. I've now been yellow carded.

I'm both. Finding the perfect mix between PvE and PvP is difficult and very few games have gotten it perfect or right. A lot games relay to heavily on PvP and the PvE suffers or is short. I throughly enjoyed the PvE in DA and I solo and small group the DD. DA doesn't truly have an endgame or endgame content for either PvE or PvP. I enjoy them when they have purpose and direction.

Huh. Odd choice. But OK. I guess Slay the Spire is mostly the same bosses over and over as well, this just felt repetitive fast.
