The fanboy elitism in the stalker 2 community is funny, its almost like they are paid by GSC too discredit any valid criticism of the game or complaint,
They even went the route of paid reviews in the beginning, If anyone is gonna compare stalker 2 release from where its now, its obvious we got lied too, stalker 2 will never be fixed as long as its GSC at the wheel

The game is already fixed.

Been playing it every day for weeks. No performance issues. Only found one minor bug in a side quest.

Title. I can't play with un-inverted y axis. Every game has this option for a reason. I turned the game off immediately when I discovered there is no option. I don't want to leave a bad review and I don't want to ask for a refund but this game needs the invert y axis option and it needs to only apply to first person exploration, not whatever puzzles or inventories or data entry screens or whatever (I played for literally 30 secs). In other words it needs to be applied properly.

I'm not going to say it's a bad sign when a game lacks this type of fundamental, ubiquitous feature. I am simply going to say I am disappointed.

I went right after a wave, shot everywhere on the core . Tossed a grenade . Still not getting it. I dont seem to get infeacted for a few minutes, wondering if this is why I cant destroy the infection.

I feel your pain. BUT this is not the average ARPG. It is fun if you enjoy the slow pace and the beauty of the world and the progress. And it is still EA and lot of changes possible. Have you played TQ 1 before? TQ is a great stroy and world but maybe not for you (at the moment).

So I would expect the newly developed content for the game in development to just be added to the game.

Maybe because it's such a large package, the developers preferred that you could keep playing and download it whenever you wanted (not you, since you don't have it) instead of waiting two hours for it to update?

Anyway, I love these pointless conversations where people start arguing about something that hasn't even happened and have no idea what it's going to be like...

Well, we can be thankful this has its own engine and it's not UE or Unity. With Unreal Engine this update could have been about 120GB so precisely in this regard i have no complaints.

The only thing preventing assigning a hotkey to it, is Frontier not giving us the option to assign a hotkey to it...

games for the medical field, like surgery simulations and whatnot :yay:

Barrier is strong even with basic upgrades, espcially with mage armor. With some extra passive abilities it become extremly powerful.
