Two completely different games in every single way. Literally incomparable.

Early Access will feature local splitscreen.

Online networking and large volume physics calculations require time and resources we can not currently dedicate to make an online multiplayer experience.

This is something we will be investing time in researching but we make no promises that this will be implemented.

I think "expect the unexpected" is a big headline which creates lots of desire.
I would be surprised when we get things like

- HDR support, DirectX12 official support
- Steam Cloud Save to avoid the struggle to backup, save, move save to another computer etc.
- full inclusion of all steps to configure train security systems (when gloabally enabled)... including target displays etc...

Not really. Leaked features are:
- More detailed circuit breakers in the Traxx and Vectron locos. You'll see them if you manage to open the machine room doors.
- German wagons and locos have their revision dates updated. You shouldn't no longer need to leave out wagons because the revision is due since years (revision has to be done 6 years after the date on the revision mark).
- Ultimate Trains, stolen from FIFA.

I have been playing HCE like this and it has been going well so far, some things to add:

To my surprise, loading screens do not reset the execution speed to mainhand. Exiting to menu does, but using portals and traveling between zones will leave it bound to offhand. This makes fixing slow swing syndrome by swapping weapon positions very viable and maybe even preferred.

I will estimate the rate of swing speed switching with 100% execute at something like once every half hour. Sometimes it takes so long to glitch you forget it's unreliable, but it can happen multiple times in a short period, I had a luminous arena run where I had to fix the swing speed three times in the level. I can't replicate it on the practice dummy or find a common theme for when it happens, frankly I wouldn't be surprised if it was engine related at this point.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into it and see if it's possible, because it makes sense!
