i also noticed this, it forces me to automatically login to my OLD ea account which i honestly dont know the information to anymore because i played the game once with EA play pass lmao, my BF5 account on steam is forever linked to an EA account that IS mine, but i am one of those people who use 40 different emails across the board in general and cant be asked to sift through to figure out which email it belongs to.

should be allowed to unlink the EA account when buying through steam, but we all know that is asking too much at this stage in the games life cycle

I also think that if you buy a game from EA.com through Steam, it should be linked to your Steam data on EA.com, or just sell the keys, forcing you to download the EA app and activate it there!

I think this is absurd. It's fine in the case of games purchased through EA Play, but you lose access to your account, but through Steam and with achievements.

It's honestly absurd.
