Players with nvidia gpu, try to monitoring the FPS.
If the FPS drops down after some time, and You have the latest Gpu driver, or maybe the one before, it can be the reason. Some Players got this issue after a driver update.
One or both of the latest drivers have some bugs.
Download an earlier driver, and took a clean install.
I had this issue after I updated to the latest nvidia Gpu driver.
I downloaded a driver from May this year, and took a clean install, and the problem was solved. No Fps drop at all now. And the Game could crash when the Fps was very low.
I had this issue with another game with UE5, but maybe worth to try this with RC too.

Mostly of them have Steam deck so nothing related to nvidia driver or anything like that. There are something related to Steam Os or Proton. Anyway this issue was introduced on 3.0 patch, before the game was very smoothly on my deck

Nvidia RTX graphic cards have special nerfed versions for China - for example the RTX5090D, etc (with D at the end)

Now the Chinese Nationals have already been arrested for smuggling the original (non-nerfed for AI) Nvidia RTX 4090 and 5090 units to China.

It was two Chinese nationals - Chuan Geng and Shiwei Yang

Neither of them have a license to export either. They used the code EAR99 (which is meant for low-technology consumer goods and does not require a license in most situations). Didn't get that far with the shipments before blocked and arrested.

This last week has been kinda crazy with the disconnections, but from what I've read and what I've gone through, probably half of them are server issues ever since augur update if not more

I had an issue using hammer editor, and was going to use the "Source Level Design" forum to ask for help, but it had a message saying that "only moderators or officers can post here" or something similar to that. Is there any way to get around this without having to become a moderator or officer? Not to sound lazy, but it seems a little whack that I'd have to become an officer at least just to ask for help. Does it actually work like this, or is there something I'm not getting? Also just as a side-note, if any kind strangers do try to help me with this, sorry in advance if it takes me a little while to respond.

Okay it seems like there's a issue with the game, but it runs fine on my old machine for some reason.
