They need to punish people who choose healer role then run with DPS instead and not just a ban from arena, give them a 1 day ban from the game.

As for bad team mate sadly there isn't a cure for stupid which is legal.

I find it kinda sad how they're willing to basically give their game away for less than £1 and continues to hide behind the "we're protecting the game from piracy!" excuse. It was never a measure against piracy, its about control.

The weirdest thing about this game so far is that the unit movement is clearly on some sort of hex-based grid.

Could you specify a timestamp on that video where you think units are moving in a hex grid?

For example, I am looking at 0:26-0:32
It makes me think that units were placed this way for the showcase, but there is no hex grid. Notably, look at orcs on the right. When they are thrown away, they spread over a great distance. If game was grid based, I don't think they would have been spread so much.
Also, at this same extract, the walker mech is placed a bit misaligned compared to guardsmen. If game was hex grid based, I don't think units would have been placed like that.

Also, if developers indeed use a hex grid, why is it bad? Is it bad specifically because it doesn't fit Dawn of War franchise or for some other reasons?

Hadn't really considered putting it together that way. Throw in the lockdown brainrot with that and stir in all the nasty that happened in between... yeah perfect storm for smooth brain utopia.

I dunno if its related or not. Though definitely fits the timeline I suppose. There was always that group of special posters around as a minority that was ignored. Now, nooww they are everywhere for some reason.

Referring to my 2019 reference. Specifically it was when Metro exodus released on steam then backtracked to take an epic games exclusive deal. The forums became flooded with bot answers, private account posters, and all kinds of low effort responses that actively promoted hurting the game and steam. I still remain amazed steam targeted pro steam supporters instead of the much more negative epic game posters with their bot responses of repeated select phrasing.

I am unsure if the general intelligence of the average poster has simply gone down in recent years or if the AI bots have simply become more clever. Without seeing someone's game history on steam. How easily could an AI make responses and we would never know. Works great on other platforms as there is no way to check legit users by design. (youtube, twitch, epic games, and many others)

So, there's a number of things here that could have triggered the anti-cheat accidentally or, as I suspect, intentionally. I will be upfront and say that I do not believe you are being completely honest here, but I will try to provide as much feedback as possible assuming that you are being honest.

The first culprit is actually going to be the anti-tamper software of the internet cafe. Whatever 'certifications' the internet cafe has are irrelevant as far as the anti-cheat is concerned and means absolutely nothing if any of the software is hooking into the game.

Any software at all that reads or writes to RAM in real time, or accessing the same memory as the game is, can flag you as a cheater and trigger an automatic kick or ban. This could be other anti-cheat software (Valorant's Anticheat is especially bad about this), anti-virus software, or other monitoring equipment (such as TeamViewer or other screen monitoring software).

Given that it is an internet cafe, there are very likely multiple anti-cheats on the rig and they could be conflicting. I am, personally, doubtful the significant hardware upgrade gave you such a personal 'skill boost' as to flag you as a cheater, especially if you say you are an already good player. I, on average, win most of my games in World Tour and Ranked, but have yet to be flagged personally, and I've never seen a competitive player see a massive skill increase beyond 144 fps performance. It's, largely, diminishing returns on player performance increase to game performance increase, in my experience.

Your season-long consistency is irrelevant here. All it takes is cheating once, or leaving something like Cheat Engine running in the background. That's it. That's all it takes. Bringing up your average performance is irrelevant. So is bringing up your purchases in-game. We don't really care about that in this.

You don't need to convince us that you aren't cheating, and if they are rejecting your tickets then, in my opinion, you are likely out of luck.
