No, it's a basic feature from the start. Press R in your inventory for auto-storage sorting from anywhere in your base. It gives you a menu where you can auto-stack everything if they already exist in a container, and even add certain items to an exception list. There is a Remote Palbox Retrieval System you can unlock from Technology though so you can access the Palbox from other locations in your base, but that's a different thing.

There's just been a lot of this kind of streamlining for a while. Palbox sorting has been getting a lot of attention too and it's very appreciated.

Yeah i have one of those storage retrieval systems already, but didnt know about pressing R. Now that you mention it, it actually sounds familiar and may have even been in the game back when I was playing last year lol. My god, cant believe I forgot about it this whole time.

I dont plan to upgrade to Windows 11 for another 1 - 2 years atleast. Then whole new build.

W11 is just more bloatware. Stay on Windows 10 for as long as possible, they'll still roll out security updates for a long time because the market share of users with windows 10 is still currently higher than 11 and will likely remain that way. Windows 11 is garbage. No amount of github UI changers saves it.
