perhaps start from scratch.

create a new local windows account.
logout.
login with the new account.

turn OFF/disable windows one drive and windows controlled folder access.
(these are both on for new accounts)

start steam then turn OFF cloud saves.

start a new game then save.

exit game and exit steam. did saving work?

restart steam then the game. can you load the old save?

if yes, then nothing wrong with the game files that have saved successfully for many users since the game came out 15 years ago.

if the game still wont save, you did check your antivirus log?
if the game cannot create a file in folder Documents\My Games\Oblivion
still a permission issue.

Can we have one please? I see some artists using it as a tool and I understand why. Some features are very cool and unique. An separate app version with some ui refinements and qol features would be an instant buy for me.

I just wonder where can i find a new maps to game. i got only a few to play and i dont like them. Anybody can give me instructions where can i find something to download? i will be glad, thanks

That mechanic is kinda meh. Find a tube so you can make a tube. I was annoyed in Planet Nomads or Subnautica too, had to stumble upon a thing to be able to make that thing even though it came from the same place as me. I hope this goes away on release.
