You could always wait until Early Access is over. It's not a finished game therefore little to do

Things will pick up later. TQ first two acts are kind of a tutorial letting you get a feel for combat and start your build. Once you get mid-way through the third act through you can expect the difficulty to start to spike a bit. You'll start finding enemies that can punish you quickly and resistances start becoming a necessity.
