Suggestions and comments after many many hours of play

Love the game! Hundreds and hundreds of hours played, with a controller btw. Here are some comments and ideas I've had to hopefully improve the game (if not this game maybe the next one).
- Contract sizes: One major nuisance in the game is purchases not being more precise. Like, why would a vendor say "we can sell you 9 tons of iron ore every 8 days, or 17, or 22". Makes little sense and it's annoying as hell having to store the overage. A better idea I think that shouldn't affect much is to instead being able to specify how many you want within the sales tier margins (small, medium, large, exclusive), so instead of having to pick 9, 17 or 22, you can select any number between 9 and 22.
- IPOs: I believe the IPOs benefits are really a trap. Maps are I believe tested to be done without the IPOs help, and they are SUPER fun to play as that, but with IPOs, in addition to having a good starting set of VPs which is minor, or research points, which is med, the problem is the money. The only opponent in this game is money since there are no rivals or anything, so even giving yourself as little as $200K extra can basically kill the challenge in the map making it boring. I know it's optional, but it's so tempting and most people would probably just use it and then have a boring experience in the map. Perhaps stricter limits depending on a difficulty setting? Don't know, just wanted to mention it.
- Investors: I believe the investors you receive appear at fixed dates in the map, but that's a pain when you're done with the current investors and have to wait at speed 3 twiddling your thumbs until the next investor option pops up (specially bad when you're going for IPO). Maybe set it so if you are done with the current investors, automatically call the next investor in the timeline?
- Agriculture: The agricultural maps give me memories of Vietnam. The problem is that it's so difficult to estimate what you need! With all other resources you know exactly what you need and plan accordingly, but plantations are nothing but. Not only does each plantation have a different harvest size, with different harvest days, with different harvest seasons, and on top of that each map has a different season calendar (which, btw, I don't know how to see what are the season days for the map at least using a controller). So investor wants me to produce 200 boxes of fruit juice in 30 days, so hmm... like... how many farms do I need? let's see... harvest size 50, growth + harvest time like 45 days, two seasons a year, but wait one season is 70 days the other is 120 days so like, sort of 4 harvests a year per farm so like 200 tons each plantation a year, so sort of 0.6 tons/day so if I need 8 tons/day I guess maybe like 14 plantations? (or just ignore everything and plant 20 plantations and 5 storage silos I guess but what a waste). Perhaps an overhaul to the agricultural system where you just tell it you need X of this and Y of that and give it a farming area and it automatically covers the area (or tells you you need more for that), or something but as it is now I just avoid the agricultural maps like the plague.

I guess that covers the main comments I could think of. Haven't used railroads or conveyors so far, haven't seen the need when I can just have trucks do the transportation with little cost and few issues other than add another loading bay once in a while.
