You don't need mods to run out of yard space, just different playstyles.
Take Whittier sawmill, I use 12 log cars to service it at T4, other people seem to run setups with 20, 30+ wagons to achieve the same end result.
Some people seem to have 2 or 3 locomotives to do the work I use 1 for, going by some lists of locos and their taskings that people post.
Either or both of those playstyles will start to put a lot of pressure on having space for all of it, whilst there's certainly an argument that it's down to the player to operate within the restrictions of the infrastructure that exists I also get that some people just want to have fun running trains around, and aren't so interested in trying to run things in a more realistic/efficient way. There's almost 2 extremes, 'why have the devs put these stupid oversized unrealistic yards with no purpose in places like Bryson' and 'oh god where on earth can I park anything more?' depending on which way people prefer to play.

I wasn't criticizing or saying people should play a certain way. I genuinely don't understand how people can have space issues unless they are using mods which add industries and cars to the original map. Hopefully one would understand the concept that if you add more active rolling stock to a map that you can't expand track-wise would make things a bit more confining? But I do understand there are folks who want 59 different locos and 300+ rail cars on a map regardless if it can fit it all or not...
