Seriously, yes. Why this isn't being updated with remasters, etc. on Steam is beyond me. You'd think Waitzkin would do something with a chess game of his own at least. Oh well, at least there is Arena and there are other GUIs linked on the Stockfish chess engine page.

Their problem is their scaling. If they nerf it so the second monument will require a huge amount of investment - it would solve the issue.

Yes, it's hard to balance, since players have different builds and ideas for their city. That said, those who play slow or "bad" won't care for having tier 3 by turn 80.

The bonus itself is alright. But with materium build you can get +10 - 13 by turn 80. Which is nuts.
