Long are often the hardest Umas to make good as a new player.

Once you've got better legacy parents it's easier. Borrowing a legacy parent from somebody else who has max stamina sparks helps. Or using Umas that have +20% stamina growth like Gold Ship. Borrowing an MLB Super Creek or even just having your own 0LB Super Creek for her skill Swinging Maestro helps a lot too.

Gold recovery skills like maestro make it so you don't need to train stamina as high.

yh i checked all those issues and my multimeter is reading everything fine no component issues i can see and CPU i7 12900KF stays under 50C even when the game runs and GPU (4060-ti) I tried a few drivers before and that didnt fix anything so im just doing REVO uninstaller to see if i can just delete every file once game is uninstalled and then try another fresh install for the 3rd time and see if that fixes it.

Will do, this will definitely be in the final game but might take a bit for the demo.
