"playfab_shutdown" works for me, but it infuriates me that I have to enter this into the console every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. Can't it be just auto-loaded?

Yeah, I would say this part of the tutorial is a bit over-tuned for the average player. Seems like sometimes Nemesis will launch 3x in a row, sometimes 6x in a row. You either want to dodge, barrier, or jump the cliffs before getting hit.
