Why is it so impossible to play support solo?

I don't get tanks to team up, I don't get DPS to deal damage, and I end up playing the game alone with the other support.

I play support solo all the time, and have a decent win rate.

If you're ending up in Bronze you're doing something wrong. Getting out of Bronze is a simple matter even as a solo Support. This season I ended up in Silver 4 because Is screwed up my placements, lol. After a day of play I'm back in Gold 5, nothing to it, and I'm playing as Mercy of all heroes. Has nothing to do with getting lucky with teammates either. I didn't win all the matches, but I played all the matches providing immense value as Mercy. That gets me the win more often than not.

Also, I understand what you're getting at, but the main difference is that I don't play in NA. Due to proximity issues, I'm matched on the BR server, where everyone is very bad compared to NA.

I wanted to point out an issue that, based on all my research online, seems like I’m the only one who has noticed.

Because Hexen COOP doesn’t have a save feature, the workaround is to “resume” a playthrough by starting at the hub we left off in. However, doing this resets all previously acquired inventory and weapons.

The devs seem to have anticipated this to some extent: starting at later hubs (like Hub 2 and onward), your second weapon is placed right in front of you at the starting room, and the third weapon can be found in several locations so you can quickly regain it. But the same cannot be said for the final weapon, which requires collecting three separate parts before you can use it.

In single-player, you typically finish assembling the final weapon around Hub 3 (Heresiarch’s Seminary) and then carry it for the rest of the game.

In COOP, my GF and I usually finish a hub and resume the next day. Unfortunately, with the current design, we can never use our final weapons because parts #1 and #2 (for example, the “quilt” and “cross” for the Warrior’s Quietus) are only found in Hubs 1 and 2.
So during my playthough at hub 3 yesterday, when I found the Quietus Blade (the final piece) I could not use it because did not started with the previously obtained quilt and cross from hub 1 and 2.

It would make sense if starting at Hub 4 (Castle of Grief) all three parts of the final weapon would be scattered somewhere in the hub so players could complete it in COOP without having to play the entire game in a single session.

Today, I tested this by starting a new session directly at Hub 4 in COOP—and found zero final weapon parts for any of the three classes, only tier 2 and tier 3 weapons.

So what is the workaround for this, (im playing on PS5)

No, the aggregate would still be incredibly valuable.
The value of any individual review is derived entirely from the content of that review, but the value of the aggregate is derived from a high number of reviews. Steam's system works really well because we get the best of both worlds.

That's just cringey. It's not like they didn't give us a game, so we have no direct grounds for refunds. What we can do however is warn future customers.
