Yes, I know how to equip things. I can equip other cosmetic chest items and they show up; just not that one. Moreover, it worked for a couple of times (equipping it caused it to show up), but then it stopped working.

I just had a Wylder and Executor with me (Recluse). I was being chased by shielded-marais wylders and poison-pot-throwing-clawed-executor. I didn't even see my doubles anywhere.

it's trying to download a hotfix for proton, it wouldn't do that if you didn't have proton installed.
