The wiki advises a 1x4 "cell." I prefer 3x3 because it's less cramped visually and it gives me that Rimworld feel.

You know most of things by this point i guess - know how to get implants, can shoot, cover, deal with enemies in stealth, hack, somewhat dodge(and if i am right all those things were on militech chip which you got from jackie)

After 10 lvls you will be able to buy:
Other thing instead of hacking - you will be able to slow time, go berserk or have more implants
Extra weapon - better fists, or blades/rocket launcher/hot whip inside your hands which will be your fourth weapon
Optical camo which can be used instead of grenade slot

The higher your stats are the more skills available, so eventually you might be able to do longer and faster dodge in air for example

Eventually if you have dlc you will get extra mechanic which will improve things which you got before dlc content

It's a neat little rare encounter and ultimately it's not THAT threatening unless it's the first time you're seeing it.

Playing Poland, there is a Tier 3 ofreform mssing - you cannot pick anything -that is a blocker

Why is a hotfix update 800 MB? I'm a recent player and not a disenfranchised veteran, so I can't comment on all of that, but if we're just doing a patch why is it so big?

The Fuelrod Handling Truck does not actually shield you from the radiation of volatile rods but I am unsure if this is even possible to implement without Lua
