I think the biggest thing is that this game is completely lacking any kind of battlefield management.
I would scrap the fake ranks and unlocks. Give everyone the entire armory up front. Adopt the real Army rank system. Rank should unlock battlefield management abilities. Squad leader, officer, battlefield commander... etc. Spots should be assigned when players join the room based on their rank unless they decide to pass, then it goes to the next highest rank in line. If 2 players have the same rank it goes by who was promoted first.
Squad leaders should be able to request close air support from the commander. The commander should be able to assign a pilot. At that point a comms channel should be automatically setup between the squad leader and the pilot. Squad paints the target with a laser, pilot executes. Like a real battlefield.
Officers should be able to control squad assignments and vehicle deployments. Officers should be able to control UAV, and create battle groups. Officers should assign a tank or other vehicle to work with a squad or squads to take over a target. Comms channels setup for battle groups should be automatic so the squad can talk directly to the support vehicle. Commanders should be able to assign targets and attack plans to officers so they can build a battle group to execute the mission. Commanders should control resupply deployment points and air support. Ya know... Like a BATTLEFIELD.

why do you cornballs always have to make sure that your departure is known? You act like you are some special player that everyone is going to miss? why can't you quietly just not play and go back to cod where you belong lol

Its nowhere documented. Thats what i experienced so far:
-fire needs more hits to ignite and burn MUCH shorter. example cookout: 3 hits to ignite and less the a second burn, befor the nerf/bug it ignites instant on doing damage and burned for 3 sec
-gas is now extremly unreliable, im not sure why. i guess it takes longer to CC but stops faster
-arc has the old problems but worse (ignores perfectly fitting enemys, sometimes dont do damage on a hit) + the newer bug (scaling by player numbers) -> i guess arc is just still broken

gas is working the same as it always has post-buff. its fine.
