Um, no, that doesn't make sense. A photo is shown of Max pointing a gun at someone, but nothing more. Max didn't kill Safi; that's neither said nor shown, and Max would probably remember it.

Aside from that, the game is a slap in the face to all fans in other ways as well.
Boring, flat, and meaningless characters, and stupid fetch missions. No freedom to explore Max's ability; it only works at predetermined fixed points... in places where, quite by chance, she's never seen vanishing into thin air.

I find it worrying that you’re trying so hard to make everyone who disagrees with you look stupid. I see you everywhere on YouTube comments, X, and here and every time someone pushes back, you fall back on “you just didn’t get it.” That’s not discussion, that’s dismissal.

Safi does ask Max to shoot her but she clearly refuses. The finale shows them facing the storm together and then the timelines merges.

At no point does the game confirm that Max kills Safi. That’s fan interpretation.

The “gun photo” collectible is part of that confrontation, not proof of a hidden murder timeline. If the writers wanted that to be canon, it would be in the ending.

So no, this isn’t about people not “understanding” a “complex” game. It’s about you pushing your headcanon as fact. The truth is the story has gaps and contradictions, and that’s why so many players are debating it. Saying “there are no plot holes” doesn’t erase the messy writing. It just shuts down conversation.

Am I missing the options somewhere or is this a feature that might come in the future? Right now I feel its really hard to see the icons and numbers without zooming in way more than I should have to do :)
