Didn't know i had to unlock them by using them... strange that i used the grinder many times without having point... but when i used the drill, it unlock one point... Finaly i can continue in this adventure. Thanks !

The order of chips compared to other effects will never matter, so shuffling meant nothing (and even if it did you can just move you jokers around after learning which they are). Selling the runner, not accounting for other effects, effectively more than halved your score, since you were scoring about 200 chips before the runner activated. The extra increase in stencil going from x4 to x5 is a 25% increase, but without the runner it would be overall much worse.
In total, you effectively had x8 from both your jokers (x2 and x4) and turned that into x5, losing you the run.
